Twenty20 Group Show in the Laguna Beach Art Center - January 2 2020 (6-9pm)
We are looking forward to working with you in the Artist Colony of Laguna Beach! Art Walk Laguna Beach is no the 1st Thursday of Every Month (6-9PM).
Please ship art works to 305 North Coast Hwy, Laguna Beach CA 92651 (art works to be dropped off or shipped no later then December 30th 2019 5PM - If you are planning to be with the works then you can bring them the day of the event.
1.It is agreeable that artists and LagunaART.com that all sales of the artists work are split 70/30 consignment.
2.Duration of Consignment: The Artist and the Gallery agree that the initial term of consignment for the Artworks is to be for the art walk evening Jan 2 2020
3.Transportation Responsibilities. Arrangements for, packing and shipping charges, insurance costs, other handling expenses, and risk of loss or damage incurred in the delivery of Artworks from the Artist to the Gallery and in their return to the Artist shall be the responsibility of the Artist.

Artist Reception: Jan 2 2020 (6-9PM) • 1200 - 1400 people show up for every event we hold in both Laguna Beach and New York • 30X40 Size limit • art work must be at the center in Laguna Beach or New York by December 30th 2019 at 5PM • any medium any subject any sub straight • Laguna Beach is for one art walk evening and 3-5 paintings are allowed • New York is for 30 day exhibition one painting • curators fee of $275 is due before the artist is considered in the show • when shipping or delivering your art work please include all contact info attached to the art work, include a printout of name, title, size, price attached to the art work • questions? please contact a curator at ph. 917-472-9015 • email: info@newyorkart.com

Refunds:
It is the responsibility of the artist to ship the works in the appropriate amount of time to account for shipping for the exhibitions. If the artist pays for a space this space has been booked, marketed and promoted, if the art work is lost in transit LAG is not responsible for lost damaged or stolen works and is under no circumstances responsible for any refunds. If the artist is not happy with the timing of the show then the space and exhibitions will be pushed back to the following month or a month that works for the space and the artist.
