What is LagunaART.com gallery?    


AN ARTIST FOUNDED GROUP OF 400, A PHYSICAL GALLERY NEXT TO NORDSTROM AND THE APPLE STORE IN THE SHOPS MISSION VIEJO MALL CA, IT ALL STARTED AS A WEBSITE IN 2004, THE WEBSITE EXPLODED WITH NEW ARTIST MEMBERS AND ART SALES DURING COVID 2020 - as well as a virtual exhibitions membership for artists with art auctions and 'buy it now' art work options shipped direct from the artists’ studio or the gallery. We are a non-profit 501c3.


**** The physical gallery is located in the Shops at Mission Viejo next to Nordstrom and the Apple Store in Southern California with 8500 sq. ft of exhibitions space. OPEN DAILY 11-7pm. ARTISTS MUST BE ACCEPTED INTO THIS GROUP SHOW BEFORE SHIPPING OR DROP OFF / THE SUBMISSION PROCESS IS TO SEND 1-3 IMAGES AND BIO TO:


info@lagunaart.com / “TIME” the exhibition - The artist is asked to create or submit “an already created work” of any subject any medium, The title of the show is not a theme, it is simply a title | This is a 30 day exhibition in a physical gallery in South Orange County, CA in the Shops at Mission Viejo next to Nordstrom and the Apple store / artist registration and acceptance is required per painting / for the group show one painting size limit is no larger then 36 on the larger side / more then one painting is allowed but it must be registered as 'per painting' registration / Over size works are accepted on a case by case basis / ONCE THE ARTIST IS REGISTERED, the ART WORK DROP OFF OR SHIPPED arrival, Dates *art work must be in the gallery by: Nov 1st,  (drop off times 12-6PM ONLY - LATE ART WORKS WILL NOT BE HUNG UNTIL THE DAY AFTER THE RECEPTION NIGHT) drop off times 12-6PM call for possible other times if you can’t make the drop off) / IF STRETCHING OR FRAMING IS NEEDED PLEASE ALLOW TIME FOR THESE SERVICES (a week in advance) - (extra framing and stretching costs do apply - ask for a quote from our framer Gina) / WHEN SHIPPING: included with the shipped painting the work should be accompanied with a business card size tag with artist name, title, medium, size, date, price - WHEN DROPPING OFF: we have the tags to fill out if your dropping off / after the show art work must be picked up or shipped back in the same week as the next show set-up or storage charges do apply | if not picked up within a month after the show, the work will be considered abandoned and will be donated to the non-profit foundation / to show for the 30 days there is a $50 registration on acceptance per painting / Limit 3 paintings per artist - If registering more then one painting please enter the quantity in the check out link / no other fees are required for the physical show. Ask about our center gallery walls *** there is currently a waiting list.

By Signing up for this show I agree to the terms of this agreement and I understand the gallery, foundation and its employees, contractors or associates are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged works. All works are insured by the prospective owners of the works such as artist and or representatives of the artist. I also understand there are no refunds as I’m donating to a non-profit for kids in hospitals and schools 501c3 and I can use this receipt for an end of the year tax write-off. Commissions on sales *** 80/20 commission 80% to the artist.

*** If you want to register more then one piece you can, just enter in the shopping cart “quantity” to the number of pieces. Sorry no more than 3*** example: want to show three pieces? Enter 3 in the quantity in the shopping cart - it will be $150 with 3 registration fees of $50 each… questions? Email us.


Please Note: After the 30 day show if works are left on consignment or commissions happen after the 30 day show period the gallery commission slides to 50/50 (according to which ever show the artist is register for). If an artist has 3 paintings on the wall and another painting comes in for a client to view and purchase it's 50/50 commission. Anything that sells that is not registered in the group show is 50/50 commission. If a painting needs to be viewed from online and the client purchases in the gallery without clicking "buy it now" the commission is 50/50.
