Sara Stoffmacher, born in Tarzana, California, on January 8th, 2001, started her artistic career in abstract realism when she picked up her first paintbrush at two years old. Influenced by the grandiosity of expression and by her grandma, a painter herself, the artist formed Artistry by Sara Stoffmacher in 2022. Sara is a Senior at the University of California, Berkeley, majoring in Public Health and Psychology. Her passion for the human mind transcends into her paintings, focusing on self-expression through the usage of mix-media to create a multi-dimensional practice. Through constant exploration of new mediums and formative spaces to create custom commissions, Sara transcends the human form reaching for the simplicity found in nature. She has won several awards, which include Aritistonish Magazine May 2022 Finalist and Grey Cube Gallery’s Colors 2022 Show Finalist. The artist collaborates with CINC COLLECTIVE, a sustainable fashion company, and has designed the Evolve with Time Collection and the Love Collection. The artist practices across digital art platforms, expanding her reach via newer pieces: Sound of a Hummingbird featured in Berkeley’s Bare Magazine and Logo creation for C.R.E.A.M. Lab at UC Berkeley.
