Douglas Dunlap
Douglas Dunlap is a fine art photographer. Dunlap focuses on the capture of breath-taking landscapes, and seascapes, capturing images that make the viewer feel as if they are there experiencing nature. He studied under the renowned teacher and photographer Dr. Born. He has won numerous awards, starting as a 16-year-old winning multiple national contests. A long-time photography teacher, and head of several photography departments.
He had the good fortune to travel the country photographing wild places for over forty years. Starting with 4/5 negative film and transitioning to state-of-the-art digital imaging systems. Dunlap creates only the most luxurious gallery quality pieces utilizing Lumachrome Trulife Acrylic face mounted prints of museum quality. Each photograph is numbered, and signed, with a certificate of authenticity. This mounted fine art print is then finished with a recessed float mount on the reverse, creating a ready to hang piece of unrivaled quality and exquisite beauty.
