ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Although his debut as a professional photographer was postponed while he practiced as a clinical psychologist, Jay Gale's work has become widely displayed and collected in southern California. In 2017 he was honored with a museum show at Soka University.
Jay has combined his passion for photography, his knowledge of computers, and his expertise as a psychologist to develop a unique artistic perspective.
Interpreted through this prism he presents vibrant but ambiguous digital images which immediately capture one’s attention while, at the same time, encouraging the viewer to become a participant in the artistic process.
Jay continues to travel throughout the world, enjoying the uniqueness and the photographic opportunities that each destination offers. He then incorporates the international experience and a small percentage of the photos into his digital art.
