The End is the Beginning is my response to the anticipation people were having about 2012, the Mayan calendar, and the end-of-the-world obsession we seem to have in general. For the civilizations who’s stories were are co-opting and applying to our time, the end has already come and gone and each time a new civilization arose from the ruins. It seems the end is never really the end once and for all, but merely a paradigm shift that leads to something new.
