Barbara Bachner lives and works in New York City and St, Petersburg, FL. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of New York University in Art History and has a Master of Fine Arts in painting from Northern Vermont University, Johnson, Vermont, with a thesis exhibition in 1999.
