Description: From the series Watercolours. These are ‘straight’ photographs with minor adjustments for colour. Instead of manipulating the image, patient observation of the right conditions are necessary - great light on the subject matter and the water neither too agitated nor too calm

Ian Macdonald-Smith
Ian Macdonald-Smith has been a professional photographer since 1987 with 10 monograph books, solo exhibitions as well as inclusion in books and magazines, group exhibitions, art fairs and institutional, corporate and private art collections. Ian co-founded three environmental NGOs in Bermuda and is still active in protecting and conserving Bermuda’s unique ecology.
