Original Art Work

Description: The artist's history, going back decades, overlaps with the Tacony Palmyra Bridge. It is a little bit of a snapshot from her life. To begin with, it spans the Delaware River taking travelers from the Tacony section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to southern New Jersey. Graef drove across often visiting her grandmother, other family members and going back and forth to college. It is a very narrow bridge with narrow lanes and really wasn't much to look at, but that's where the challenge begins....transforming the image into something striking to look at. This is an urban landscape painted in vibrant colors of red, orange and green over a dark blue-purple making the artwork wild and intense to look at. It is unframed with neatly painted edges, measures 30" x 48" and is ready to hang on the wall with all the needed hardware attached.
