ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Fiona Araee
Fiona Araee is a multi-cultural artist, based in Los Angeles. She is a first-place winner of Photography Artwork in Beverly Hills Art Show. Her artworks take a critical view of social, political and cultural issues and shows the contradiction between the inner and outer faces of human beings.It explores the varying relationship between tradition and fine art.Often referencing Persian history and typography and Talisman signs.Each project often consists of multiple works, often in a range of different media, grouped around specific themes and meanings. Fiona’s experimental observations, by removing objects from their physical context, encourage the viewer to contemplate the essence of form along with structure of space and connect with something greater in the zero-dimensional universe.
