ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Rinden Yolmo
Rinden Yolmo is an artist from Darjeeling, a small Himalayan town in Northern India. Her passion for art was sparked at an early age, during which time she focused mostly on portraits. She eventually found her interest being piqued by emotions in her subjects which led her into Abstract expressionism. She is a self taught artist and has experimented with various mediums in her work, including pastels, charcoal, acrylics, and oils. The artist explores themes of spirituality, the inner dimensions of emotions human condition and culture through abstract expressionism.
