LCAD Scholarship Fund
The LCAD Scholarship Fund assists LCAD Admissions and Financial Aid in attracting and retaining the best and the brightest students, regardless of their financial backgrounds. LCAD scholarships are awarded based on need and merit and often are the gateways to an LCAD degree and a career in the creative arts.

Each semester, only because they have exhausted all financial aid options, LCAD loses a number of talented students who are both ambitious and are achieving good grades. In some instances, even in the face of a sum many would consider small, a student has no choice but to leave despite a combination of grants, loans and family support.

85% of the students enrolled at LCAD are reliant on financial assistance to attend college. It is this large percentage of students who are most at-risk of having their college studies interrupted or ended due to financial hardship.
